Customer Satisfaction ExcellenceIPS carries out its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey through an independent 3rd party* in an effort to monitor our customers' experiences and provide us with direct feedback. This phone survey is conducted during the 4th quarter of each year, and results are published during 1st quarter of the New Year. Our staff meets to review the findings and identify areas for continuous improvement. The graph below summarizes our Customer Satisfaction Survey results to date.
