Alison Zoubek is a Senior Consultant at The Elin Group, a Certified Records Manager (CRM), and a certified Process Excellence Green Belt with over 17 years experience in Records and Information Management. She is an active member and previous VP of Marketing for ARMA International's North Jersey Chapter. Ms. Zoubek specializes in helping businesses develop comprehensive records management practices to ensure regulatory compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, and numerous other records retention requirements throughout a variety of specific industries. Ms. Zoubek works to increase the protection of Vital Records, reduce liability risk and reduce the time and costs associated with records management.

Ms. Zoubek's areas of expertise also include: automated records management, litigation support, records destruction, disaster recovery, controlled storage and records retrieval.

GREGORY J. BARTELS

Mr. Bartels has been in the field of Electronic Imaging and Document Management for over 19 years. Mr. Bartels was the first to publish an article describing index verification via database matching which has since become standard practice within the industry. Mr. Bartels is a board member of the NJ Chapter of AIIM International (International Enterprise Content Management Association), and has built his career on directing Document Management and Vital Records projects for Blue-Chip companies and large government organizations throughout the U.S.

Prior to founding IPS, Mr. Bartels was Director of Sales for Imtech Corporation. Imtech provides back-office facility management and optical disk storage and retrieval systems. From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Bartels was instrumental in developing the NCR Corporation's Information Imaging Systems Division in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Germinario has over 17 years experience in Information Management. Mr. Germinario has been involved in the development of the contract template that is now used by all records management companies nationwide. His experience includes: Vital Records Vaulting, Media vaulting, Confidential Document Destruction, Document Transcription, E-vaulting, as well as other diversified information management services. Mr. Germinario also served as treasurer of ARMA International and Regulatory Affairs committee member of PRISM International (Professional Records & Information Services Management).

Mr. Germinario often speaks at trade association events as well as at Rutgers University, on Professional Records Management topics such as Disaster Recovery Planning, Computer Media Vaulting and Vaulting for Fragile Historical and Vital Records and documents.
