Image On-Site ^SM is an imaging service provided on a facility management basis. We staff your imaging center with trained IPS imaging operators working under our qualified, experienced supervisors. We'll even provide you with equipment on a short or long-term basis, if you need it.

Managed Services is a long-term facility management service, which transfers responsibility for managing, staffing and operating your in-house imaging center to IPS.

Image Off-Site ^SM is a complete outsourced imaging service solution provided from our high-tech imaging center:

• We pick up your documents daily, provide document scanning and document indexing, and upload them to you within 24 hours.
• You receive the highest quality imaging service and the added cost-efficiencies that come from sharing our scanning center and operators with other clients.
• Detailed security procedures and an audit trail using our exclusive Image Track software maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your documents, and ensure that they are returned to you or your designated storage facility intact and in their original order.

ImageServ ^SM is a turnkey imaging service that includes document scanning, document indexing, hosting of a document repository, and an online search engine. ImageServ turns any PC with Internet access into an image search and retrieval system -- without a penny of investment in imaging software or hardware, and at a fraction of the cost of traditional document imaging.
