It captures incoming documents at the point of entry -- the mailroom -- and converts them into digital images for 100% paperless processing within the organization. Image Mailbox service can be configured in two ways: OffSite IPS establishes a post office box for your organization at our Imaging Center. Incoming mail is received daily, prepared for processing, scanned, indexed, and uploaded to your enterprise or departmental system, or to your ImageServ document repository. OnSite IPS integrates a managed imaging center into your mailroom operations and provides document preparation, scanning, indexing, and uploading at your facility, taking full responsibility for staffing, supervision, and technology.
